It will showcase your family portrait on professional-grade glossy adhesive PRINTED VINYL applied firmly to the front and back of your ornament. Family name and other personalization will be on the opposite side of the picture of family.

A ribbon is included but WILL VARY DEPENDING ON WHAT IS IN STOCK.

2. For each individual, complete the personalization form, based on choices shown in the listing photos. I’ve provided forms for 5 people (the max), but if you don’t need that many, simply ignore the rest of the forms.

3.  Add a pet or two if applicable. (If you don’t see your breed of dog or cat here, send me a message and I’ll see what I can find! I have LOTS of animal clipart not shown here.)
